Client:
- Up to one week before the scheduled tour/rental, the client can ask to reschedule for another day, according to availability; if the client do not want or cannot, the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- Before then a week for the tour, Aqui Há Peixe Sailboat reserves the right not to refund the reservation amount, always granting the possibility of rescheduling the tour according to schedule availability.
- If the customer arrives late, Aqui Há Peixe Sailboat is under no obligation to compensate for the delay after the defined end time.
- In case of damage to the vessel, Aqui Há Peixe Sailboat reserves the right to ask for a deposit of €300 to cover the arrangements after budget.
